Fix and Flip Loans Available in Columbia, South Carolina

One of my 2 solid and reputable Fix and Flip loan funders have contacted me about their current fix and flip loan programs,they have a couple of their speicfic programs,one being a 100% Financing of the Purchase,Cost of improvements and Soft cost lending up to 70% of completion value of the project,they like property types from 1 to 4 family units and the borrowers can be LLC,C-Corp,S-Corp,Partnership or Trust,minimum Credit score is 680.
The other loan program they have is up to 80% Loan to Purchase and 80% to Rehab the property,minimum loan amount is $50K up to $5MM and properties purchase need to be from 1 to 40 units and fund nationwide with minimum credit score is 620 and above with purchase contract.Funding in 2 weeks or less.
